Hops are said to have positive effects on anxiety and mood as well as being a great sedative. Pour a pint and enjoy in the evening for a great night sleep.
No added perfumes or essential oils.
Each bag has 250g of salts. It also contains a reusable muslin bag.
Fill the bag with salts and throw it into a running tub. When you are finished, hang it to dry. Next bath you can empty out the dried botanicals and refill.
